Q: Is there a fee for the services provided by DHA to candidates with Commercial Cogeneration experience?

A: No. There is no cost to any of our applicants as all of our fees are exclusively employer paid.

Q: What kind of career opportunities can DHA offer to applicants with Commercial Cogeneration experience?

A: DHA represents companies in both the Cogeneration and Nuclear Power Production Industries. Most of our openings are currently in Plant Operations and require rotating shift work. Occasionally, we do have positions in Maintenance as well as a select few openings for First Line Supervisors. All of our positions are for permanent, full-time employment.

Q: What are the benefits offered by most of your client companies?

A: All of our client companies offer competitive salaries as well as a comprehensive benefit package. These benefits typically include paid medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, as well as paid annual leave and either a pension plan or qualified 401(k) savings plan. Relocation assistance is also provided by virtually all of our corporate clients.

Q: Where will I be marketed if my family or I have specific geographical requirements?

A: You will only be marketed in those areas that you have indicated as being either preferred or alternate geographical areas for relocation. If you are married, it is very important that you discuss with your spouse the regions or states that are acceptable to both of you.

Q: What is needed to register with your services?
